It’s just here to enjoy a leisure life of Chengdu style by tasting tea in tea house, tasting featured snacks, sitting in the courtyard to watch tourists coming and going, having ear cleaning, etc.

In the alleys, most of houses are used for commercialized shops, such as tea houses, antique shops, snacks bars, craft store, coffee shops, etc. But tourists can easily find some private courtyards and mansions in the alleys and feel astonished why theses privacy is still coexistent in such commercialized zone.
