For air ticket reservations, we do require guests¡¯ full names AS THEY APPEAR IN THEIR PASSPORTS. Airfares and reservations are always subject to change until paid in full and ticketed.

CANCELLATIONS
FIT travelers - Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the nett total tour price, as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. Ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as hotels);
a)30-21 Days before first arrival date 25%
b)20-11 Days before first arrival date 50%
c)10 ¨C 3 Days before first arrival date 75%
d)71-0 hours before first arrival date 100%
Please be aware that during peak season Sep.01¡ªOct.31, Apr.01- May 31, spring festival some hotels charge full cancellation fees within 30 days of arrival. These will be updated at the time of cancellation (so the fees may be higher than advised above)

Cancellation of air arrangements will be subject to fees charged in accordance with the type of airfare used and airline tariff regulations.
Refunds will not be given for unused or canceled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.
