In order to enable passengers know the status of their luggage in real-time, the Chongqing Airlines, in cooperation with China Southern, has launched an online luggage inquiry system.

It is reported that with this new service, passengers only need to input relevant information on the luggage inquiry system to get real-time information about their luggage. It is learned that this service is available in 25 cities in China including Guangzhou, Beijing, and Chongqing.

Passengers often need to check-in their luggage when flying. However, for various reasons, some luggage does not reach the destination on the same flight as the passenger. Before this service was launched, it used to take passengers a long time to inquire about the status of their luggage.
