Agile Property Holdings Limited, a leading Chinese property developer, has announced that it had reached an agreement with Jumeirah Group, a Dubai-based luxury hospitality company, for the management of Jumeirah Qing Shui Bay Resort in Hainan province.

This will be Jumeirah's first beach resort in mainland China.

It is about 40-minute drive from downtown Sanya and Sanya Airport to Qing Shui Bay (Clearwater Bay). The resort covers an area of 210,000 square meters with a total floor area of 60,000 square meters, and has 250 guest rooms and 50 luxury villas. Guests will have access to Clearwater Bay's 12-kilometer beach of pure white sand, six restaurants and cafes, a waterfront conference center, and Talise, Jumeirah's signature spa.

The cooperation of Jumeirah Qing Shui Bay Resort will add a new landmark to Hainan Clearwater Bay, while enhancing the quality of the entire project.
