Dalian Municipal Bureau of Tourism has cooperated with the tourism administrations of Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Daqing and Yichun for expanding tourism market. And they have signed a tourism cooperation agreement with each other in Harbin.

Dalian and Heilongjiang are highly complementary in terms of tourism resources. They have already developed Dalian-Shenyang-Changchun-Harbin and Dalian-Dandong-Changbai Mountain-Jingpohu-Mudanjiang-Harbin tours, which lead tourists visiting central and eastern Northeast China. And they will launch a Dalian-Harbin-Qiqihar-Daqing-Yichun-Mohe tour in the near future.

The parties will enhance regional cooperation in tourism through resource sharing, information exchanging, market interaction, and other means to build the tourism brand of Northeast China.
