From February 22nd, China Eastern’s Yunnan Branch will start launching an international air route between Kunmming and Dubai.

Flights are schedule for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. The MU755/6 takes off on Mondays from Kunming at 16:00 and after eight hours flight gets to Dubai at 19:00 local time; while flight MU2021/2 will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays with stopover at Dacca in Bangladesh.

At present, Chinese travelers can only fly to Dubai from Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong. The Kunming to Dubai air route will be two hours shorter than those routes. And it will be the international air route for southwest China.
