The CNY280 million Dalian Wanshan Golf Spa Resort has been commenced on in Lvshunkou District, and it is expected to be the first 5* hotel in this district.

Covering an area of 15,000 square meters, this resort will have 150 guest rooms and suites, an 800-square-meter plus multifunctional conference hall, and a 5,000-square-meter spa club. It will be a comprehensive leisure resort with guestrooms; catering, entertainment, and leisure facilities; and spa.

In order to be a famous tourist attraction in Notheast Asia, Lvshunkou had planned and constructed a batch of tourism projects. Some of the projects like Hupowan, Fisherman's Wharf, and Mount Tianmen Resort, will start soon.

Expected to open in May 2014, Dalian Wanshan Golf Spa Resort is a part of it and will be operational by October 2011.
