Now Qiandongnan Prefecture embraces two national scenic and historic interest zones, one national nature reserve, one national forest park, three national ecological reserves,one famous historic and cultural city. Accordingly, Qiandongnan is named as the "oldest folk song of mankind and last homeland of tired hearts".
