This is the place named "Shangri-La", the hidden paradise described by James Hilton in his novel Lost Horizon. Zhongdian of China is the right place of Shangri-La. Zhongdian is a bright pearl mounted in the "Great Triangle" linking Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet, a pure land of the Three River Intersection (Nu River, Lancang River and Jinsha River). It is a Shangri-La with a rarely well-preserved natural ecology, with simply and unsophisticated traditional folkways in the world.
