Note:

The minimum for pax is based on 20 persons, so that means you only have one seat in a sight seeing bus and you have to share one bus with other tourists who comes from every quarter of the world. We normally will not provide the personalized tour for some small groups which less than 20 persons.

Due to the traffic in Beijing will become very busy during the 2008 Olympic Games, we have to make the pick-up time to be fixed. So we might arrange the pick-up service twice a day for the clients who can fit our pick-up time schedule. For now, the pick-up time schedule is still working in processing and we will inform you the information as soon as we work out the decision. By the way, we can offer the private transfer between airport / train station and your hotel, and the cost for it will be USD70/per person for one way transfer. And please kindly note that, if you can not fit our pick-up time and also do not need the private transfer, there will not any refund from us.

This trip price includes:

• Service includes 1 twin beds standard room for 2 people.
  Hotel Based on two persons sharing one room with twin beds.
  All hotels as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
• Entrance fees for the Olympic Games which specified in the itinerary.
• All meals as specified in the itinerary. “B” stands for western breakfast (exceptions are: 1.When a few hotels have no western breakfasts, in this case, “B” stands for Chinese breakfast. 2. Clients asked for Chinese breakfasts.) “L” for Chinese Lunch in a local Chinese restaurant. “D” for Chinese dinner in a local Chinese restaurant. If your lunch time can not fit the arranged match, you will have a snack instead.
• The air-conditioned sight seeing bus with our professional driver.
• Our excellent English-speaking tour guide which was trained with the professional knowledge about the Olympic.
• The expense for the one day or half day city tour in Beijing.
• The personal accident insurance during your trip in China (Maximum: 20835 USD)

The trip price does not include:

• The transportations between different cities (one to another)
• The arrangement for your business activities.
• Personal consumption (including laundry fee, call fee, the carriage for your luggage, mini-bar consumption & some room service tips etc.) and some unexpected damage fees. Please keep your property well with you, and we will be irresponsible for any loss caused by yourself.
• The Single Supplement for the twin beds room (If you will take up a room only for one person, there will be brought some single supplement. That fee is not included in our quotation and the single supplement should be paid by the person who will take up a separate room).
• The extra charge caused by your anticipated check-in & postponement for check-out in the hotel.
• Some other activities which will at your own expense.7. Any other service which are not specified in our itinerary.

Some other Explanations:

• According to the stipulation in hotels, you should check-in after 14:00 & need to check-out before 12:00 next day.
• If the circumstance permits, you can change the matches which are listed in the itinerary into others which are not specified. The price difference for entrance fee will be paid by yourself.
• The matches listed in the itinerary are just for your reference. Our company will try our best to adjust the matches for your according to your special request however, we can not guarantee that we will certainly satisfy your request.
• The single supplement will be decided when your arrival and you check-in the hotel.
