Guangxi Museum Travel Guide

The Museum of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous is also named Guangxi Museum, it is a national first-class museum exhibit historical relics and artistic works. Guangxi Museum collect more than 50,000 historical relics.
The building is built in 1978 with Zhuangzu style in structure. The basic five exhibition rooms show the themes include:
revolution cultural display room of Guangxi,
history cultural exhibit room of Guangxi,
nation folkways exhibit room of Guangxi,
ancient bronze drum of Guangxi ,
"Tai ping tian guo in Guangxi" .
History cultural exhibit room of Guangxi is the best place to learn the colorful history of Guangxi and see the beautiful bronze drums.
Besides, in 1988, the Guangxi Museum built a Guangxi Cultural Heritage Center in its courtyard, ethnic customs and architectures of Guangxi different minorities were collected here, such as stilt house of Zhuang, Bamboo house of Yao, house over the water of miao, rain and wind bridge of Dong; besides, in the minority workshops, you will discover the traditional rice milling, oil manufacture, papermaking, potting, sugar milling, etc.
