Zhenyuan Transportation

Zhenyuan transport develops well after the found of New China. It is 90 kilometers far from Zhenyuan to Guiyang Tongren airport, and 170 kilometers far from Zhijiang airport in Hunan province.

There are four highways crossing Zhenyuan ancient town, that tourists can reach Zhenyuan from Guiyang, Kaili, Chengdu, Kunming, Huaihua and Hunan by coach. It is 345 kilometers from Guiyang to Zhenyuan taking about 5 hours by car. It is 170 kilometers from Kaili to Zhenyuan taking about 3 hours by car. Fenghuang ancient town is about 202 kilometers far away to Kaili, taking about 4 hours by car.

Zhenyuan train station is about 3 kilometers to the town, taking about CNY5 by taxi. Train between Kaili and Zhenyuan takes about 1.5 hours and CNY14.5 in hard seat, about CNY68.5 in hard sleeper and CNY96.5 in soft sleeper. Train between Guiyang and Zhenyuan takes about 4 hours and CNY41.5 of hard seat, CNY95.5 of hard sleeper and CNY138.5 of soft sleeper.
