I finish my four years university study in Hohhot(InnerMongolia Autonomous Region) which is real cold city in northern China.There are two most excited things we expect every year, one is in summer forthe wide green grassland, and another is snowfall in winter.

The world is quiet in winter, sothat we can easily admire the view and yourself. A minor activity or thing,such as a soft smile, a light color, would be obliviously noted. Winter is forthinking and observed. 

Back to the topic. In winter, the Great wall the grand system of the Great Wallplus blue sky and white clouds must attract you. If you happend to visit theGreat Wall after snowfall, you will see it wriggles its way like a silverdragon. The plants and hills are covered with silver clothes. Anyway, You mayfeel on top of the world when you are on the Great Wall.

Here are some tips for you travelin winter as well as in Great wall:

1. It is quite windyin winter, especially on the Great Wall for its high altitude, so wear downjacket which is soft, light and warm, and scarves can also be helpful tokeep your body warm.

2. Due to the dryclimate on the Great Wall in winter, moisturizer is helpful to protect yourskin.
3. Cable cars are only available in Badaling sections of the Great Wall;you can take and pay it on the spot if you like.
4. Some sections of the Great Wall are very steep, especially after snowfallsin winter. A walking stick may be helpful for you to keep your balance.
5. Graffiti is not allowed on the Great Wall.
6. Do not climb undeveloped sections of the Great Wall. It is verydangerous.

7. It is very important to wearcomfortable shoes during the tour.
