Adoption Giant Pandas from Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

Giant Pandas from Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding has more than 80 Giant pandas and small pandas. Each panda needs at least fifty thousand Chinese Yuan for basic breeding, researching and disease preventing and curing. Every Year, the base welcome about six new-born pandas and has to raise 300 thousand Yuan for breeding fee. Following the creasing of research level and number of pandas in the base, the base need more and more fund. In addition, more and more individual panda lovers, institutions, association, and enterprises spend their attention on this rare animal. So, the base carries out the program of Adoption of Giant Pandas to public. The base welcomes lots of caring adopters, like Mr. Jack Chen, Micro Soft, Louis Vuitton, Motorola, Cambridge University Press and so on.



Permanent Adoption and Right
Permanent Adoption Fee: (Panda’s average is 25 years):
Lump-sum Adoption Fee: One million Yuan for ten years in one-off donation
Installation Adoption Fee: A hundred thousand Yuan per year and 2.5 million Yuan for 25 years

Usage of the Adoption Fee:
(1)    Subsidizing the establishment of protection and research to the endangered species like pandas
(2)    Subsidizing the publishing of the panda document literatures, academy communication, scientific cooperation, talent training and public education, etc.
(3)    Subsidizing the public education, research and communication of protection to the endangered animals, especially panda
(4)    Subsidizing the program of breeding pandas in the wild
(5)    Subsidizing other programs in the foundation
