Provincial Museum Travel Guide

Shandong provincial Museum was first established in August, 1954, and is the first provincial and comprehensive museum in China. It is the center of valuable antiques and natural specimen from the whole province, reaching a number of 210,000 and covering one third of the total in the province. There are three antiques listed in national treasure, 1,388 items with first rank and 120,000 books. The total number ranks the seventh and first rank item number ranks the fourth in China.
