Longyan Transportation

Located inLiancheng County, the Guanzhai Airport is 3.9 km from the county town of Liancheng in the north, and 106 km fromt he city proper of Longyan in the south. Now scheduled flights fo from the Guanzhai Aiprot to Shanghai and Shenzhen.

Railways
The Longyan Railway Station is in the northwestern part of the city proper. Trains run from the Longyan Railway station to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming and other cities regularly. Bus No 9 and 21 go directly to the railway station.

Highways
Longyan has advanced highways, with expressways going directly to Xiamen, CHnagting and Liancheng, and No 205 and 319 national highways running through the city. The longyan Bus Terminal is located in Xi'an North Road. Bused go from Longyan to Zhangping, Yongding, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Putian, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Guangzhou, Meizhou, and other cities regularly.

Urban Traffic
Longyan has quick and convenient transportation facilities in the city proper. The flat fare for the public buses in Longyan is 1 yuan. The starting price for taxi in Longyan is 5 yuan, and then chare 1.5 yuan per extra km.
