The length of the bridge is 64.4 m , width is 3.4 m and height is 10.6m.
Wind and Rain Bridge is the symbol architecture of Dong minority village, it is not only for path connectedness, but also for blessing -- bless the village has favorable weather, bumper harvest, happiness and good good luck.
Chengyang Wind and Rain Bridge is a typical bridge of this type, it has 5 pavilions and 19 gallerys; there are sculptures on the pilaster and antefix, benches on the gallerys; the most amazing thing is this bridge was built without any nail, all connections are by wood mortise and tenon joint.
