Program: Picked up in the morning, you will be transferred to visit the People's Park, where you can see local people singing, and dancing. You can try to enjoy a tea break and experience ear-cleaning at a tea house inside (your own expense). And then you will visit the Panda Breeding Base, Ancient Jinli Street, Kuan and Zhai Alleys.
-People's Park: People's Park (Renmin Gongyuan) is a charming and very typical Chinese park. Situated in the southwest of the city, this is a great place to relax and soak up some atmosphere while watching the tai ji or wushu enthusiasts work out.
-Panda Base: Chengdu Panda Base has not only dedicated itself to giant panda conservation, but has also made great efforts to combine natural scenery and man-made landscapes to create wonderful and humane living areas for giant pandas, red pandas, and other Chinese endangered animals.
-Ancient Jinli Street: Ancient Jinli Street, located to the east of the Wuhouci Temple of Chengdu. It is recorded that as early as the Qin Dynasty (221 BC - 206 BC), Jinli Street was the most famous place for baldachin - a rich, ornate cloth. And it was one of the busiest commercial streets during the Shu Kingdom (221-263). Hence, it is known as 'First Street of the Shu Kingdom'. In order to reclaim the street's prosperity of former days, it was restored with contributions from the Wuhouci Temple and was opened to public in October of 2004. Since then, visitors from all over China and abroad gather in this ancient street to relax, admire the traditional-style buildings, and taste some local snacks.

Program: Check out from hotel, you will be transferred to Chengdu airport to catch a flight to Nyingchi, a southern place in Tibet. Arrival Nyingchi, you will visit the Huge Cypress, which is the king cypress among cypress complex. Follow by a tour to Yarlung Tsangpo River, Lulang Forest, and overlook to Namcha Barwa Mountain.You will accommodate at Nyingchi.
Yarlung Tsangpo or Yarlung River is a river that originates at Tamlung Tso lake in western Tibet, southeast of Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar. It later forms the South Tibet Valley and Yarlung Tsangpo Grand Canyon, before passing through the state of Arunachal Pradesh, India.

Program: Depart Nyingchi after check-out. You will be driven to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet region. On the way, you will visit Nyang River, and Basum Lake, which has a central island on the lake. Once arriving Lhasa, free in the evening for leisure and get acclimatization to highland.
The river joins the Yarlung Tsangpo in Cemeng, Nyingchi, 2,580 meters below its source. With an average flow of 538 cubic meters per second, it has an aquatic power potential of 2.08 million kilowatts. Its largest tributary is the Ba River. It flows past the town of Bayi where it is crossed by the Bayi Zanchen Bridge.

At 3,700 meters over sea level it is about 18 km long and has an average width of approximately 1.5 kilometers. The deepest point of the green lake measures 120 meters. The lake is also known as Gongga Lake.

Program: Enjoy breakfast in hotel, then following by a tour to Potala Palace. The palace is the highest palace in the world, World Heritage, national Cultural Relic, largest and holiest palace in Tibet region. Tour continues by visiting Jokhang Temple, the spiritual center of Tibet, and Barkok Street. On the street, you can purchase handicrafts made by local people.
-Perched upon the Marpo Ri Hill, 130 meters above the Lhasa valley, it is the greatest monumental structure in Tibet.
-The Barkhor is the oldest street in Lhasa as well as the center of old Lhasa and remains very traditional. It is a place where Tibetan culture, economy, religion and arts assemble.

Program: Driven to north from Lhasa, you will head for the largest lake in Tibet, Namtso Lake, which regarded as heavenly lake in Tibetans. Hiking along the lake and take pictures for a while, you will be transferred back to Lhasa. In Lhasa, you will visit a local Tibetan family to know their daily life and customs. Free in the evening.
-Nam-Tso Lake: The water of sacred Nam-tso, 195km north of Lhasa of a turquoise-ish blue so transcendent, shimmering in the rare-fied air of 4500m, as to defy an artist's colour charts.

Program: In the morning, you will check out from hotel and be transferred to Tsedang. On the way to Tsedang, you will visit the Samye Monastery. After lunch at Tsedang Hotel, you will visit Tombs of Tibetan Kings, Yongbulhakhang Palace, which was the first palace in Tibetan history and summer palace for Srongtsen Gampo and Wen Cheng Princess of Tang Dynasty.
-YUMBU LAKANG: Yumbu Lakang, reputed as the first palace in Tibet history, is also the oldest extant building in Tibet.

Program: On the way to Gyangz from Tsedang at about 09:00 after check-out from hotel, you will appreciate highland scenery along the road. On the way, you will visit the Karola Glacier. After about 6 hours' drive, you will arrive at Yamdrok Lake. Hike along the lake and take some pictures there. Before transferring to hotel, you will visit Zongshan Ancient Castle, which was not only a local government office, but also a monastery.
-Yamdrok Lake: The Lake lies several hundred meters below the road, and in clear weather is a fabulous shade of deep turquoise. Far in the northwest distance is the huge massif of Mt Nojin Kangtsang.

-Tashihumpo Monastery: Painted in red and white, the buildings in the monastery stand closely together in terraced rows, offering a grand and majestic view.
