I would like to take this opportunity to make comment on the outstanding service and advise which I have had from Molly.
I am joining a Cosmos group/ China Highlights tour in Beijing which does not include the Guilin region.
I looked on the internet and mailed a few agencies with regard to doing a short add-on on my own.
Molly replied within minutes and I have been corresponding with her for more than four months trying every which way to make this possible. Her patience is admirable.
As it was not possible to change my long haul flights options were limited, Molly made suggestions which were so tempting even going to the trouble to send me some recent pictures taken after the rain.
we have eventually managed to find a solution and I am so looking forward to my short visit.
