Dear Sally and company,

Thank you so much for our wonderful experience on our tour, Firstly organising the tour with Sally was very easy as she was so efficient and helpful from the start and provided some good suggestions about what we should see.

The tour itself started in Xiamen with our guide John, who took us to Gulangyu. He was a lovely person and a pleasure to spend our day with. His knowledge of the area and language skills were excellent, whilst he was very professional we also felt we had made a new friend. Both my husband and I hope to see him again and visit more areas in the South of China.

Our second stop was Shanghai, where we only had enough time to see the Bund area and visit a silk factory on the way to the airport. There was a mix up at the port as our ship docked at a different terminal than expected, coursing our guide to be 2 hours late. We understand these things can happen when travel is involved and appreciated Sally’s follow up phone call to see if we were Ok and apologise for the delay. We still enjoyed a shorter trip to see the Bund area. Maybe there is some way for the guide to check on the arrival port on the morning of pick up?.

On day 4 we arrived in Beijing to be greeted by Ginger. We loved Beijing and the itinerary, every day was interesting and I learned so much about your history and modern day China from Ginger. One of the highlights was visiting the Hu Tong where we had a family style lunch, as we prefer to try the local family food than visit expensive restaurants and  always try to learn about how the local people live.

We were so impressed with Ginger as our guide, she is very knowledgeable and gave us so much information on all the areas we visited, she could be a wonderful teacher !.It was a pleasure every day to spend time with Mr Wong (driver) and Ginger who were professional, energetic and friendly, they made us feel very welcome and we now want to come back and spend allot more time touring China .Hopefully we may be able to have Ginger and John as our guides again.

Thank you all so much, We will not hesitate to recommend your company and employee’s to all of our friends here in Australia, I absolutely love China now ! So we hope to see you again soon.
