I fell in love with the Chinese food. Absolutely delicious.

Hello Molly,

I just got back to the USA from my trip with Hailey in China.  We had a wonderful time.  I was so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the Chinese people.  Most of all, I fell in love with the Chinese food.  Absolutely delicious.

I want to buy an authentic Chinese cookbook so I can replicate some of the meals I had in China.  One of my favorite things to do is cook.  Maybe you can suggest such a cookbook, in English........

I want to thank you, so very much, for all the help you gave Hailey and I in making our trip a memorable one.  We loved the tours.........our tour guides and drivers were wonderful.  In Beijing, our tour guide was Sisi and in Xian, our tour guide was Jason.  I would highly recommend both of them for future trips.  Their wealth of information was appreciated.  Welearned a lot while having fun.

It was especially memorable that we were in China during the Chinese New Year.  We were actually in Pingyao the day of the celebration.  The city was beautiful with all its decorations.  I would highly recommend visitors going to Pingyao.

Quite different from the large cities of Beijing and Xian.
