Hey there Zoe, I made it back to the states safely. I wanted to take some time to thank you for your services. I had an awesome time in China and am already thinking about making a return visit. I met with Victor when I got back to Beijing and he met me early in the morning and took me back to the tea house. It turns out that the missing pieces were in the box. They were wrapped so poorly that they had fallen behind the foam. I am sorry for this. But I am very grateful to Victor for coming with me to iron the entire situation out.

I also wanted to make a note that I absolutely LOVED Nancy (my guide in Shanghai)! She was very knowledgeable about Chinese history, her English is superb and she was overall just fun to tour with. I had the most fun in Shanghai because of Nancy. She is AWESOME!!! I would recommend her and your company to all of my friends!!
