Temple of Heaven (Beijing)
Agriculture is the most important industry of ancient Chinese, so the emperors worshiped heaven; it was the reason we have "Temple of Heaven". Temple of Heaven is four times larger than the Forbidden City, During Ming and Qing dynasty, in the winter solstice, the emperors would be held a ritual prayed for good weather.


Ancient Observatory (Beijing)
It is not a pop scenery spot, but we would like to introduce it to you. There are 8 bronze instuments, and six of them were designed and constucted under the supervision of the Belgian priest Ferdinand Verbiest. He came to China in 1659 as a special employee of Qing court.
