Hong Kong has its own authentic food and integrates international cuisine. Cantonese cuisine, seafood and Hong Kong style desert is popular in Hong Kong. The best Cantonese dishes to try are Dim Sum (small steamed dishes).

Shrimp Wontons and Noodles
The restaurant′s shrimp wontons and noodles taste good. But the noodles are not as delicious as in other Hong Kong style cafes in town. The wonton wrappings are not elastic enough and the shrimps inside are not big or juicy.

Bao Zi Fan
The preserved duck in the restaurant′s Bao Zi Fan , rice cooked in a casserole with preserved meat, such as sausage, duck or ribs, tastes good. But the rice itself is only average.

Have authentic Hong Kong coffee milk at the teahouses of Hong Kong. Most of the teahouses and caf¨¦s are at Lee Theatre Plaza, Times Square and Jardine´s crescent in Causeway bay. There are many snacks on Temple Street such as Wonton noodles and Beef balls, and sweet and sour meat.
French cuisine is very popular. Japanese, Korean, Thai and Italian cuisines are very easy to be found.

The famous restaurants in Hong Kong are mostly located in the central district and Tsimshatsui.Seafood restaurants. Many restaurants serving fresh seafood can be found in Sai Kung and on Lamma Island.
