Kaili Transportation
Air:
The Guiyang Longdongbao Airport is linked with the city proper of Kaili, Qiandongnan Prefecture by a 145-km-long expressway. The liping Airport is only 20 km from the county town of Liping. Scheduled flights go from the Liping Airport to Guilin,Zhangjiajie and Guiyang.
Railways:
The Shanghai - Kunming Railway and Guiyang - - Liuzhou Raiway run through Kaili City.
Highways:
With advanced highways, Qiandongnan Prefecture is run through by No.320 and No. 321 national highways, and the Guiyang - Xinzhai highway. A great naumbe of bus stations are scattered all over Kaili, and everyday.
Kaili to Guiyang
It is 180km from Kaili to Guiyang city, about 2 hours needed by coach and around 3 hours by train. Coach is the most convenient transportation between Kaili and Guiyang.
Kail to Guilin
There are coaches between Kaili and Guilin since 2013. The coach departures at 11:00am in Guilin everyday and departures at 11:20pm in Kaili, costing 200RMB.
