Night Market is the best place to get the element of a city, so do Dunhuang. There are some night market in Dunhuang, and the largest and the best located is Shazhou Night Market. Here you could find all you need: local food, BBQ, coffe and other drinks, all kinds of souvenior in Dunhuang Style, grottoes art gallery, local fruites and so on.
