Yanchi Street:(盬街‌) A 1,290-meter pedestrian street in Ming–Qing architectural style. Nightly programs feature Pu Opera, laser shows, and performances themed around the “Five-Step Salt-Making Method.” In 2025, a new Guochao “Flying Apsaras” aerial show (high-wire performance) was added.

Pingchang Street: Focused on Guan Gong culture, with the nighttime live show Yi Bo Yun Tian (featuring fire effects), alongside intangible heritage paper-cutting workshops and a creative cultural market.

Yellow River Night Market: The largest night market in Yuncheng. Must-tries include lamb skewers on iron sticks (RMB 2 per skewer) and Yuncheng sour-broth hand-pulled noodles. Closes around 10:30 p.m., ideal for group dining and drinks.

Huaidong Night Market: Famous for Yuncheng paogao (deep-fried glutinous rice cakes drizzled with honey) and Zhang’s braised-sauce noodles. Average spend RMB 15–25 per person; lively and noisy, but authentically local.
